Hi, from my hideaway surrounded by native trees and bush on the outskirts of Auckland, New Zealand!

I’m a long way from home, having been born in Cornwall, England, and raised on the English Channel Island of Guernsey before relocating to NZ as a teenager.

I’ve spent a great deal of my adult life travelling the globe, including time living in Australia, Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong, all of which have fuelled my lifelong interest in history and storytelling.
